The classico.gr is the online store of the Greek company STAVROPOULOS GAVRIIL and CO. located at 87, Mezonos str. in Patras. Began its journey in 1979 continuing family’s footwear tradition from the early twentieth century, with a timeless and solely emphasis in quality and genuine leathers.

You have three options to place an order.
   i. Sign in with your email account.

  ii. Sign in via your facebook account.

iii. Continue as guest, without registration.

However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

Track your orders and review past purchases Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List Preview our new collections and register your interest for your favorite pieces.

To become a member of the classico.gr you must complete our register form where you will be asked to submit the necessary information to complete the process. If you wish to subscribe to www.classico.gr you agree to: (i) provide us with valid and complete details requested by www.classico.gr for access to its contents / services and (ii) update your subscription information if any detail changed.

To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

Stay informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address under ‘Log in’ option at our homepage. Email preferences can be easily managed under ‘My Account’.

Placing an order at classico.gr is very easy, see how:

  i. Choose one of the top categories (Women, Men, Designers, New Arrivals, Outlet) and then select the product you are interested in.

 ii. By selecting the product,you have access to the rest photos, details, available sizes, price, composition and our unique product code.

iii. Select the size and color of the product and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished with adding the products you would like to buy, just select the Checkout button.

 iv. Sign in to your account or choose to register as a new user. Otherwise you can still buy as a guest.

  v. Enter the shipping and billing details for your order as well as your preference to pick up from Classico stores or to get delivered by courier service.

When the order placed, we will prepare it carefully and we will send it to you as soon as possible. Also, you will get updated for any change of your order status.

If a product seems to be out of stock it will may be possible for us to re-order it. Please inform us by contacting our call center Monday-Friday 9:30-18:30 at 2610 225-005 or via an email at hello@classico.gr

As your purchase will usually be prepared in less than 24 hours for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service Advisors as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order.

Classico informs you for sending the order. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days for shipments within Greece and 3-10 business days for shipments abroad. Note: Delivery time is indicative and refers to working days from the date of dispatching and may vary depending on several circumstances (weather, inaccessible areas, strikes, holidays, reasons of force majeure).

2.Credit or Debit card You can use your credit card to pay for your order without worrying about security. Our company collaborates with Piraeus Bank. When it's time to complete your payment you will automatically be transferred to Piraeus Bank's web system to ensure maximum security. There you can use your credit card, just follow the simple instructions available. After you complete the payment you are transferred back to classico.gr (Visa,MasterCard,Maestro - Up to interest-free payments using Credit card)

4.Bank Account Deposit The option for a bank account deposit is available. After you choose the "Bank Account Deposit" payment option you will be e-mailed with the bank account details and instructions on how to complete your order. Once your deposit is cross checked by our system you item will be shipped immediately. (The money transfer must be made within 2 days of the order being completed).

Classico.gr makes has free shipping for all orders delivered within Greece. For international shipments the cost varies depending the delivery destination.

Shipping cost is totally different from the cost for cash on delivery service.We remind you that shipping cost is still free but if you would like to avoid this extra service cost you can examine one of the alternative payment methods.

i. Date of issue has expired. Please check your card's expiration date.    ii. You have exceeded the available credit balance.   iii. Details may not typed correctly.Please check all the necessary information.   iv. Due to a problem on your network communication or temporary error of the transaction processing system.

We protect your personal data with specific technical and organisational security measures aimed at preventing your personal data from being used illegitimately or fraudulently.

Every product is shipped with care in a Classico protective box that we use to ensure its excellent condition during its travel.Additional materials of the manufacturing company such as special packages or bags will be included if there are providen by the supplier.

The possible reasons of delay in delivery may are:   i. Wrong or incomplete shipping details. In that case you should reach us either with a message to hello@classico.gr or by contacting our call center Monday-Friday 9:30-18:30. ii.Product is out of stock. In that case, a representative of our company will inform you as well as to suggest you any similar choice to proceed.

Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or refund by sending the products back to us free of charge.Please visit our Shipping-Returns policy for further information.

You should arrange with an ACS courier shop or affiliate in your area and after you have packed the return package (to ensure the content condition, please use our delivery box) to return back in our company. Classico will not accept to pay any shipping cost to an other courier service than ACS courier. The product is mandatory to be in perfect condition, complete in its packaging and without any damage, just as you have received accompanied with the special markings on it (eg authentication, barcodes, marketing material) . Please note that if returned products are defective (such as saws, scratches, wear and tear)and its condition is not for resale, are not subject to the terms of changes or refunds and will be sent back to the customer at his own cost .  We recommend try the shoes on covered and clean surfaces until you would be sure that you will finally keep them. On the rest of the products, the accompanying tabs must not be removed in any case. Packages of returned orders should be those that originally accompanied the products and must be in excellent condition as they are part of the products and any fault makes the product unsuitable for return. Furthermore you must also include any tax documents (Re-sale receipt, Invoice). Each return must be delivered to the following address: Classico Mezonos 87, 26221 Patras, Achaia, Greece tel. i You can reach us by calling 2610 225005 or with an email at hello@classico.gr to indicate the new product you would like and, if it is available we will keep it receive your returned package.

ii. You can place a new order and note the details of the previous one you would like to replace (order number, date, product code).

If the exchange product has less value,the balance is credited for future use or refunded. In any other case, the value difference will be paid upon delivery shipment by the customer.

Classico bears the cost only for the first change as long as it is done via the ACS courier. In case of second exchange under the same order the cost is 5,00 €.

Products included in the OUTLET only exchange with products of the same category and are subject to shipping costs of € 5.00.

Note: Please have in mind that current value of each product code applies on exchanges.

Our company refunds within 10 working days of the date of receipt and inspection. Furthermore according to original payment method and after prior notification from the customer, the return is as follows:

i) Cash on Delivery: Wire transfer of the product value to an indicated bank account (IBAN,Beneficiary name) that sent it through an e-mail to hello@classico.gr

ii) Debit or Credit Card: Direct refund of the product value on the card used originally for the purchase.

iii) Paypal: Direct refund of the product value to the original account.

iv) Bank Deposit: Wire transfer of the product value to an indicated bank account (IBAN,Beneficiary name) that sent it through an e-mail to hello@classico.gr

Note: Products of the "Outlet" are not subject to the refund terms.
