*Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Classico shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.
**Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within the same working day. Orders placed on Friday (after 2pm), Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next working day. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays.
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
During times of extreme weather or strikes, and in any case of force majeure, which may affect the delivery and delivery of your order.
If it is impossible to communicate with you by phone and / or e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in connection with its payment) because, for example, your entered information is not properly updated.
After we receive and inspect products, money refunds will be completed within 7 working days:
Cash on Delivery: full amount will be refunded to a bank account designated by the client. Account name and IBAN will be needed and should be provided only via email.
Credit or Debit Card: full amount will be reversed to the card which has been used for purchase. Reverse transaction might take up to 10 working days to complete.
Paypal: full refund to the account which has been used for purchase.
Bank Transfer: full amount will be refunded to a bank account designated by the client. Account name and IBAN will be needed and should be provided only via email.
*Any additional cost maybe applied on refunds are charged to the transaction’s receiver.
Products placed at Black Friday or OUTLET section as well as previous seasons’ products are not subject to our Refund Policy.

f you simply change your mind regarding an item you have purchased via classico.gr, you can return it for a refund (the initial delivery charges are non-refundable) or an exchange within 14 days from the date you purchased it.
All returns must be made with ACS courier, otherwise returns won’t be accepted and classico.gr won’t cover any additional costs which may be applied.
Returns will be accepted after the necessary inspection. Items must, however, be in a resalable condition, just like you received it, and with their tags and barcodes on. All products should be returned with the sales receipt inside the box.
In case you have purchased a faulty or damaged product please contact classico.gr immediately. We kindly inform you that classico.gr has no obligation on exchanging damaged from use products. However, every case of faulty or damaged from use products will be examined separately.
Το exchange a product please place a new order with the new product you’d like to purchase adding a note informing us that the order concerns a product exchange with order number “X”, where “X” the unique number of your initial order. In case the value of your new order is lower, the difference will be refunded (see refund policy), otherwise you’ll be charged for price difference.
*Exchanges are valid only between same season’s products. Products placed at Black Friday or OUTLET section as well as previous seasons’ discounted products are not subject to free returns and exchanges and a 5,00€ charge will be applied.
**Free charge exchanges are only valid on the first shipment due to same order.Every additional shipment will be charged with 5,00€ additional cost.
*** Free returns are valid only for internal shipments.
**** If the returned item does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back and receiver will be responsible for any applied shipping cost.
